I'm sure that if you phone a couple of dentists you'll find one that will allow you to be on a payment plan. No Dentist worth their salt should allow you to be in such pain without giving your options to help alleviate it
Otherwise, as suggested elsewhere, a Dental Hospital or College may be your only option.

Reply:A good palce to check is to see if you have a Dental school near by they will do it for a fraction of the cost of a dental office. another option would be to go to one of those chain dental offices..You know the ones with like 10 offices within like 50 miles they usually do the work for cheaper then private practice. Or you can call around and see if an office will do payments...It's important to get them taken care of because if you have an infection it may travel from your mouth to your brain or other places and may make you really sick or even worse Kill you....Good Luck
