I have noticed that many people who use meth have a lot of missing teeth. What exactly causes this?

Short version--Meth dries out the mouth. Without saliva to wash over the teeth and help clean them, cavities are produced VERY quickly. Plus, meth users don't have the best hygiene, either.

Reply:Bad teeth are not the only physical problem that Methamphetemine user's have , they are only the most obvious deformity. If you consider the individual chemicals that go into the manufacture of this drug you might agree that each one is a poison that you would not put into your body without expecting the eventual outcome of DEATH. this chemecal compound attacks every system in the body and the deteirioration affects the entire body and mind as well. I sinccerely hope that you are an intelligent enough individual to realize this drug is pure poison and never,never experiment with it.
