I've got really bad teeth/gaps and would like a donny osmond smile!

Is there somewhere I can get implants for bad teeth for nothing?
I don't know about getting them for free, but I live near a dental school where you can get work done by the students (supervised by professional) for extremely cheap prices.

Reply:implants are top of the line treatments. the materials are made out of titanium and are difficult to produce, that's why the high price tag.





There also requires special training outside of dental school to have them placed.





I recommend calling a dental school and see if they have any studies you can take part in.





Or look at other countries.

Reply:Nothing in life is free. If dental implants were free, or could be free, don't you think everyone would have it done? I don't know if a dental school would do it, but it's worth calling. I guarantee it won't be free though. Even if you go through a dental school, they have to pay for the materials somehow.
