Is this why the British have bad teeth?
Years ago when I took microbiology I learned about the bacteria that causes cavities. There is the "bad" bacteria that causes the cavities, and there is the "good" bacteria actually helps prevent destruction of the tooth. From what I understand, certain populations have a higher bacterial count of the bad bacteria, or lower of the good. I cannot find a webpage that will back this up, but that is what I can remember from class.
